It doesn’t seem to be clear what episode this is, so I’m going to call it episode “x” for now.

Some interesting hands for sure:

Million Dollar Cash Game S01E04

It’s amazing to me that people are THAT tilt prone at these stakes. The whale gets absolutely raped, as expected, definitely watch the last hand for a good laugh. Not that we’ve all not tilted at some point or another, though, and perhaps this episode serves as a good reminder to cool off when tilting.

Oh – and LOL Tony G.

Enjoy.

PS: Love Ivey’s remark on the end – “Now I’ve just gotta figure out a way to get it home.”

Christmas means a lot of watching poker on youtube for me – may add comments below later. Enjoy:

I really can’t get over Juanda laying down top set and being THAT afraid of a flush from Harmon. I mean – she fired off a barely over half pot sized bet. Maybe super high stakes players are “just better” but I can’t imagine laying down top set that easily can be a big part of a winning strategy. If the board was more messy – maybe – but it really wasn’t.

Bah.

Poker After Dark (Cash Game): Episode 1

These are on youtube but it’s a pain in the ass to find all the parts and whatever. Hopefully this makes your viewing more pleasurable. I may post comments later, and I’ll continue to post episodes (as I watch them, though).

From free roll to $7500

I am happy to announce that I did manage to cash in the Macau Poker Stars $100K guaranteed. Went out in fifth ATs < KQo (about 62 – 38).

I made a couple of amazing reads, and I’m basically happy with my performance, although obviously I wished that I could have went a bit further. I got my money in good every time, so I’m happy about that.

I did get some photos of me at the final table and afterwards, and I’ll post them up when I get them. Watch out world of poker, here I come!
